What is German Silver made of?
German Silver is an alloy made from copper, zinc, and nickel. Despite its name, it contains no real silver.
Does German Silver look like real silver?
Yes, German Silver has a shiny silver-like appearance, which is why it is popular for decorative and gifting purposes.
What is Pure Silver?
Pure Silver refers to 99.9% fine silver, or Sterling Silver which contains 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper).
Is there a physical store I can visit?
We are currently an online-only store, but we serve customers across India with reliable delivery and support.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship all over India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Which courier partners do you use?
We ship through top logistics partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ecom Express, Ekart, Amazon, and Expressbees.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed on the same day, and delivery takes 5 to 7 working days depending on your location.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹1500. For orders below that, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is there any extra charge for Cash on Delivery?
No extra charges. However, COD orders require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before shipping.
Which payment gateway do you use?
We use PhonePe to securely process all online transactions.
💳 Payment Questions
What is your return policy?
You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers pay a flat return fee of ₹100. Please contact us before sending any items back.
How are refunds processed?
If your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders) within 7–10 working days.
